Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

The Enchanted Night Dance will be held Friday, November 7th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm.  If you would like to purchase a dance ticket, you must fill out the attached pre-order sheet, include a parent signature and phone number at the bottom of the form, and return to the main office with $5 cash by Wednesday, November 5th. We are looking forward to all students having an exciting and memorable night!  

  1. Students attending the dance MUST be present in school on Friday, November 7th.  If you do not attend school, you may not attend the dance. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  2. This is not a Halloween-themed dance and no Halloween costumes are permitted. 
  3. Snacks and other items will be available for CASH purchase.
  4. All students should arrange to be picked up by 7:20 pm in front of the school (see the map on the back of this page).  PLEASE BE PROMPT.
  5. As always, students are expected to follow the expectations of being safe, responsible, and respectful while at the dance.
  6. Students may not leave early unless they are accompanied by a parent. 
  7. As a reminder: you must have upheld the following to attend the Enchanted Night Dance:

Behavior:  Criteria time frame October 6 to November 7

  • No Majors
  • No more than 3 minors (once you earn a 4th minor, you are ineligible)

Missing Assignments: Criteria time frame October 6 to October 27

  • No more than 5 missing assignments (6 or more, you are ineligible)

Please keep in mind, it is possible that you could lose your privilege to attend the Enchanted Night Dance if you do not meet the criteria stated above. 

If so, on November 7th, you would be notified and money (if paid) would be returned.
