Students at Eisenhower have an opportunity to become involved in a variety of after-school activities, clubs, and sports. Sports teams include cross-country, basketball, girls volleyball, wrestling, and track. These teams compete against other schools in the district. After-school activities such as soccer club, school play, yearbook, and intramurals are only a small example of the many opportunities our Eisenhower students have to stay active in school events.
The Eisenhower staff has adopted the Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) program. They have identified three main school-wide expectations: Be Responsible, Be Respectful and Be Safe.
Eisenhower is honored to be an International Spanish Academy. The English-Spanish Dual Language Program allows students in seventh and eighth grade to continue learning in Spanish during social science and language arts classes.
Eisenhower is part of a P.L.C. (professional learning community). Administration works with staff, students, parents, and community members to provide a comprehensive educational environment for Eisenhower students.
